Congratulations to PELA Alum Alvaro Sanchez (MPL 2011) on launching the Triple Bottom Line Hub (TBLHub)on October 1st! TBLHub is a social media space that highlights projects that promote people, planet and prosperity. Read more about TBLHub here and the triple bottom line framework here. They’ve already got 3 great examples up, including 2 in southern California: the South LA Wetlands Park, a re-purposed former bus and rail yard, and the Emerald Necklace Expanded Vision Plan.

You can follow TBLHub at:
Facebook: Triple Bottom Line Hub
Twitter: @tblhub

Instagram: @tblhub

This is a great way to stay up-to-date on real world examples of projects that embodies social and environmental justice in their work and not just economic efficiency, as is prioritized in the USC Price curriculum. Students might find good material here to further investigate in research projects for various courses. We hope you check it out!
